Our lager from the Viennese tradition is smooth and mildly toasty in flavor but finishes with a noble hop twist.

The growler was poured at the Market Garden Brewery Restaurant on March 1, 2014. Was kept refrigerated until opened on March 14, 2014.
A: The beer pours with a LARGE frothy creamy head which leaves many rings around the glass keeping track of the number of sips taken. This may have been partially due to my inability to get a good pour due to juggling the weight of the full growler and not wanting to drop my glass. The beer is a golden amber color as is expected for the style.
S: The aroma of this beer comes across a malty and grainy with hints of citrus and hops much in the same way that it's taste comes across.
T: Like the aroma, this very simple beer comes across as grainy/malty with a well balanced palate of citrus hops.
M: Smooth with just a nip of carbonation.
O: Overall this is a great beer to enjoy with friends and tasting this before dinner makes me feel as though this would pair well with a pizza or similar food.
