Modeled after the White (Wit) beers of Belgium. Brewed with malted barley, wheat and oats and spiced with orange peel, lemon grass, coriander, and chamomile... It has a dry, spicy finish and refreshing drinkability.

Watery, bland and mildly yeasty with white bready malt. I'm not going to gush over them just because it's kind of the cool thing to do right now. Meh.

Nice wit beer... Banana and spice stand out. Real smooth and easy to drink on a summer day. Would def recommend getting it if you get a chance.

Served on tap into a snifter glass.

A- Poured a very light and hazy pale straw color with very small soapy white head that dissipated instantly and left no lace.

S- Very citrusy, floral, and coriander notes.

T- Lightly tart lemon, citrusy, floral notes, chamomile, honey sweetness, and coriander.

M- Very dry, refreshing, prickly carbonation, and medium body.

O- A really solid witbier with a very pleasant tart lemon and floral presence.
