This Great American Beer Festival award-winning lager is a tribute to the crisp and clean character of the Noble hop and has just the right malt body to balance to perfect.

Bright gold color and crystal clear. Smaller head but it leaves thin streaks on the glass.
More malty than hoppy to the nose. Fresh and nicely balanced.
Brief pale malt start. Decent body for the style with a predictable carbonation. The hop brings a muddy/dirty flavor. This particularly acute in the swallow. The aftertaste is shorter than expected.

In the glass, this is a clear golden straw color with a soapy white head. The nose has a surprising amount of f floral hops, some grass, and a nice bready malt aroma.
The taste is really all about the floral hop flavors. I don’t know how much of a German Pilsner this is, but it is certainly flavorful, crisp, and very approachable. I really like it.

Clear brass with a thick white head unevenly settling to a bubbly film leaving creamy mounds of lace.
Taste immediately hits with sweet corn and red grape, even becoming medicinal, kind of cough syrupy and lozenge-like. Yet it manages to come to an herbal bitterness in the finish that's missing throughout the beginning and mid-palate, before also exhaling some belatedly redeeming toast.
The light body has an airy, crackly carbonation and finishes paper dry.
If I had this blind I would have thought it was a blonde ale, light lager, rice lager or, if I were feeling particularly forgiving, even a maibock. It's a really poor representation of the style, but at least it looks nice.

L: Transparent golden. Medium carbonation.. Looks medium weight.
S: Citrus hops that smell like papaya.
T: Noble hops on the front with a big malt on the back. Lots of American craft brew mayhem happening as well.
F: Smooth dry finish.
O: Excellent.

One of my favorites, a pilsner that isn't boring and backed up with some subtle hoppiness.

This is a very crisp beer with great flavor. A hint of spice over some traditional Pilsner flavor. This is a go-to brew.
