Appearance: Arrives at the bar clear and copper colored with a nice head; the retention is impressive and the lacing good
Smell: Resin, pine and caramel tones
Taste: As with the aroma, their is a bit of caramel malt that lays down the backbone and then the resinous, piney tones take over; the finish is spicy, bitter and relatively dry
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nicely balanced brew with a spicy edge
