A 4.5 oz taster at the Market Garden Brewery and Restaurant. Was aching for a pint but opted for the even harder to find rauchbier which I ended up buying a growler of to take home (out of state visiting). The Kollaborator was amazingly true to the better weizen dopplebocks of Bavaria. Weiss, but creamy smooth as a dopplebock should be.
