Our sour ale is an extremely refreshing, dry and tart wheat beer that was once dubbed "The Champagne of the North".

This beer is a small batch made exclusively for the brew pub. It's tangy and delicious with raspberry notes and a rose color. The brewer explained to me that lots of raspberries were used in the brewing process which contribute to the tasty finish of this beer. I love it so much that I special ordered a 1/6 bbl for our kegerator at home. I would highly recommend trying it in the brewpub.
