22oz from on tap at a local spot
Look: Golden with a fluffy white head that dissipates slowly. Nice lacing.
Smell: The lovely aroma of sweet bread dough. Slightly toasty. Just a hint of herbal hops.
Taste: Just like how it smells. Refreshing toasty bread, like a warm dinner roll in cool liquid form with just a mild hint of the somewhat spicy, somewhat fruity hops in the background. Great balance, not too bitter, not too sweet.
Feel: Smooth. So smooth and light.
Overall: This was a great pils. Really well balanced, light, and refreshing. Enjoyed it to the last drop!

On tap at Market Garden Brewpub and Brewery.
This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a fluffy head and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy hops, cereal grain, pilsner malt, and a touch of fruity hops.
This feels fairly spot on for me, with a wonderful spicy and herbal hop bitterness, and a great drinkability. There's a bit of bready malt character, with very little sweetness. It feels really well brewed, and really well balanced.
This sort of thing is directly up my alley, and done quite well.

Best by 4/9/21. It's presently 2 weeks past that date. That's what I get for buying beer at a gas station in Ohio. Whatever, it's a pilsner; it should be fine.
Pale yellow, vitamin-infused piss water pour with a creamy, bone white head. Very little in the way of active carbonation. Real nice head retention, though, with nice lacing for the style. Looks like a perfectly pleasant pils to me. Smell is grainy and sweet; cereal malts? Bready. Floral hops. Jesus... my reviews are just drunken, one-word notes scratched out on a cocktail napkin sometimes. Taste largely follows the nose, though the hops are a bit more prominent. They pack quite a bit of flavor into its humble 4.8% ABV. I like it and don't think I'm missing out at all with it's lack of freshness. It's actually quite refreshing with a crisp and clean finish. I'll be reaching for more of this.

Poured out of a 12 oz can into my pokal glass, this beer pours a clear, medium to dark golden color with some nice streams of little bubbler fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beer's surface. Has a fluffy looing, sudsy white head that's over an inch thick when first poured. Very good retention here and excellent lacing. Aromas of bready, biscuity malt and some earthy, floral spicy hops notes w/ a bit of citrus. The taste is pretty much exactly the same, w/ bready, biscuity malts that have a bit of zest. This is followed by a decent hop presence w/ earthy, floral, spicy (apparently from the Saaz hops used in this beer) hop notes w/ just a slight fruit hint of citrus and melon. Maybe cantaloupe. Good balance of flavors for an overall very nice flavor profile here. Has a fairly light bodied, crisp, smooth mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. The zesty and tropical fruit notes sit on the palate for awhile long after each sip and make for a nice aftertaste.

Best by 9/10/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with great clarity and transparency with bubbles racing upwards; eggshell white head that fades leaving nice retention and lacing. The aromas are basically what you would expect from a pilsener, more or less. The flavors are very nice. There's a pretty solid bitterness to this one. Mild spiciness. There's a nice amount of grapefruit. Some floral notes. Some fresh grass in the mix. Some crackers and bread. Malts do their thing. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is nice. It's light-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, slightly fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a really nice pilsener. It's very bold for being such a small and light beer. Great flavors. The craftsmanship is on point. Well done. I really like this one.
