Our Belgian inspired Witbier leads with a zesty aroma of coriander, coupled with Curacao and Valencia orange peel for a fruity, citrus flavor. Unmalted wheat and oats balance this winter-relieving brew with a soft, creaminess that gives way to a fresh and spicy finish.

I liked frosty for trying to be a little different but this example of standard witbier is actually the better of the 2 wits from this place. Nothing else to say, it tastes how it should.

Tulip glass from the tap at the brewpub.
Look: cloudy pale gold with a thin white head. Minimal spotty lacing.
Smell: sweet smell with a hint of spice and citrus.
Taste: similar to the smell, tastes faintly like a sweet bread roll with some coriander spiciness and just a hint of orange.
Feel: creamy and crisp with a medium level of carbonation, but also a bit thin.
Overall: this could be better, but it's a decent drink. It looks good in the glass and the creaminess from the oats was phenomenal combined with the refreshing crispness of the carbination, but the overall body was a bit too light and the flavors were just a bit too understated.
