Dark brown but this is the “palest” Stout I’ve ever had—light shines through the center of the glass. Small but richly thick head. It leaves a blanket of lace after each sip.
Darker dry, burnt toast aroma. No coffee, chocolate, nor cream to the nose.
Smooth, richer bodied start. The harsh burnt overtones come only at the swallow and surprisingly, there’s very little aftertaste.

Definitely enjoyed this one on St. Paddy's day. Crisp and dry with nice malty goodness. Subtle notes of coffee and chocolate. It would be cool to see this canned

A dry and sweet stout in the style of a Guinness, but this one was not even a Nitro. Hands down I would order this beer when in mood for a stout. Nice deep brown head.

Good example of a dry stout. From tap at the Brewery in Cleveland. Deep , rich and beautiful. Enjoyed this one for sure! I would certainly drink another one if I had time!

I'm finding myself less than impressed by everything they do, with this dry stout seeming uninspired, but their service and food coming across that way as well. Overworked, under prepared, bland, flat and soggy.
