Served on tap into a snifter at the brewpub
A- Poured a clear orange color with minimal head that left no lace.
S- Smells soapy, floral, and like an old IPA
T- There is a huge soapy flavor to this beer, floral notes, raw hoppiness, and a ton of bitterness, but not a pleasant bitterness
M- Very dry finish, medium body
O- Just not a good IPA, the taste was pretty off-putting, very bitter, tasted like an old IPA, and I don't know what the soapy flavor in this beer was. Hop Soup, maybe Hop Soap would be more accurate.

I had a sample of this beer on tap at the brewery tonight, and enjoyed it enough to take a growler home. This is a wet-hopped IPA, that has a theoretical 185(!) IBUs according to the brewery.
A: Poured into a pint glass, it is an orange-amber color with a two-finger lingering head
S: A bit muted, but a nice pine-citrus aroma with a hint of malt.
T: I really question the 185 IBU as this is bold and tasty but not over the top. A flavor profile similar to the nose with pine, citrus and malt. Nice finish.
M: Also extremely balanced, medium-bodied and smooth.
O: I had samples of several Market Garden beers on tap tonight as part of Cleveland Beer Week. All were surprisingly good, and this stood out as one of the best. It was my first time at the brewery, but I definitely will be returning.
