I had my first pumpkin brew of the year yesterday (Masthead) and it tasted great - a wonderful change of pace. This is my first Oktobertfest this year and similarly, it's a nice change of pace.
This brew is most likely a similar recipe to Old Zahm, their old entry in the marzen field. It pours pretty, smells good and tastes authentic. The aftertaste has just enough bite to finish things off.
Recommended. Go get some of these while they last, which won't be long. Marzen is lager with flavor and this is a great one!
