On-tap served in a pint glass at Taproom, Bangkok.
Dark ruby brown hue with decent light tan head, it stays for a while before sinking to some moderately lasting bubble film atop along with some spotty lace left.
Tart and sour berries in the aroma, slight medicinal at time, acidic, overripe apple, and fermented fruit.
Berries tart covers the taste buds together with some sort of fermented fruit, sour apple, and acidic. It is still slight medicinal as same as the aroma while subtle bitter hop kicks and tiny sweet malt licks in the finish.
Very light body with rather smooth mouthfeel, low to medium carbonation, refreshing, dry finish.
Easy drinkable sour ale, for it is not too much tart and not too much alcoholic yet very light.
