On-tap served in a pint glass at Taproom, Bangkok.
Hazy orange amber color with very thick fluffy white head, it stands against the time with great retention while slowly collapses to an everlasting foamy layer atop along with plenty of refined lacing.
Citrus, grapefruit, pomelo, pine, resin, earthy, and slightly grassy from hop. Malt with its sweet caramel and toffee running in parallel and make the overall aroma being in balance shape between malt and hop.
The taste is easy quaffable with generous doses of Citra mainly providing notes of citrus and grapefruit, then it is earthy, pine, and resin. Malt comes interplay in good harmonize with a note of sweet caramel. The medium resiny bitterness is at the end and moderately lingers in the aftertaste.
Medium body with some carbonation but not that much, smooth through the mouthfeel with some refreshing touch through the palate, dry finish.
Easy drinking IPA without doubt since it is not overwhelmingly bitter also with the ample amount of malt to counterbalance all the hop characters, good brew indeed.
