On-tap served in a pint glass at Taproom, Bangkok.
Hazy golden orange hue, it comes with thick white foamy head that stays with good retention before slowly subsiding to an everlasting bubble sheet on the surface, lots of sticky lacing patch can be seen.
In a nose, citrus, grapefruit, lime, orange candy, resin, tropical fruit, earthy, and malt to balance by its biscuit and sweet toffee.
Nicely balance between malt and hop, hop with the domination of grapefruit and citrus which closely follow by tropical taste, lime, earthy, and subtle resin while malt with notes of sweet toffee and dough. Hop bitterness level is moderate and gets along well together with other flavors in the finish.
Medium body with silky smooth mouthfeel and some lively carbonation throughout the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with a dry finish.
Very drinkable, very good balance and straightforward APA, the Citra hop makes the beer much crisp and lively.
