This light amber ale is brewed with rich German Munich malt, Cascade & Hallertauer hops. Spiced with Big Island grown Ginger Root that adds a wonderful spice and flavor making this ale incredibly refreshing with big balanced flavors. An excellent beer with spicy food!

On draft at BIB. Fairly standard ginger beer, nice ginger spice on the nose, light background caramel, light bread and ginger all the way through to the finish. Could use a slightly less amount of ginger, but for a ginger beer, it's refreshing and approachable.
