Pale straw with soda-like bubbles rising.
Fresh cut grass and tropical fruit.
Maris otter, grass, and herbal
hoppiness.
Crisp, clean bitterness, prickly bubbles.
Pretty good session IPA. Much less fruity than first whiff, but nice grassy hop character.

On draft at the brewpub during a recent vacation in Hawaii. This is a wonderful session IPA - I can't believe it is 3.8%. Another winner from Big Island Brewhaus.

From the brewer: this session IPA is loaded with big hop character from beginning to end. Refreshing and crisp but brewed with full flavored Maris Otter and Munich malt to add body and balance to this hop forward session beer. (The small beer that saved the world.) 40 IBUs
Cloudy, dark gold color. Decent head that leaves an initial ring of lace--spots and webs thereafter.
Magnificent fresh floral hop nose. Close to perfection.
A very good IPA (session or not). The malt is subtle and quickly overrun but the hop, which remains quite floral. Very bitter in the swallow leading to a long aftertaste. Body is okay and the carbonation average.
