Brewed with cherry beechwood smoked barley. Paka means "smoke" in Hawaiian and this Bock carries wonderful smoke flavors throughout. It's a rich, malty Bock lager that finishes with a semi-dry smokiness.

Red Amber with a tan ring.
Pungent wood chips, sweet smoke, and apple wood smoked bacon.
Sweet malt, sweet wood smoke, Apple wood smoked bacon again.
Sweet and thick with typical lager bubbles that help keep it from being too heavy on your tongue. The finish is almost savory, with an earthy, herbal smoke flavor.
Nice lager from Big Island with a significant smokey character. Quite sweet and quite smokey.
