Reviewed from sampler during pre-opening.
I had a full glass after finishing the sampler. It is served in a genuine Koelsch glass, tall and slender.
Light honey and pear fruit aroma.
Yellow, with slight haze.
Light crisp malt with a hint of fruit makes a pleasant combination. The bitterness is a little high for my taste, but still balances.
Light body with moderate carbonation.
The aroma is attractive with it's honey notes, and carries through into the flavor. It's an easy drinking beer, excellent for the hot weather we're having now.
