Local beer. Very nice flavor for this high an alcohol level. Great hop arroma. Sweet and bitter. Good ballance. Fruit and pine. Spicy on the tongue. Med to full flavor. Sweet 6. Bitter 5. Flavor 7. Frasers in Ann Arborb MI. Go Buckeyes!

Served on tap at the pub. Honey amber liquid with a small cap of bubbles atop. Billed as a SMASH DIPA, Briess 2 Row and Simcoe. I've come to love Simcoe lately (Hazy ControversiALE was a great showcase), so I was more than ready to go all in.
Aroma is big on grapefruit, berries, biscuit, light caramel, and herbal notes.
Nice balance of flavors, citrus, grapefruit, berry, biscuit, sweet and bready malt, floral/herbal/earthy notes. Easy down. Great DIPA, grab it if you have a chance.
