Sampling a lightly chilled 16 oz can and poured into my 0.3L Gaffel stange. Date stamped 11/2023.
The beer pours a straw golden color with a bit of haze. Soapy and fluffy bleached white head fills up over 2/3 of my glass. The foam fades slowly to a spongey surface covering. Leaves some windowpane lattice.
Some lazy streams of carbonation rise to the surface.
Aroma is some sweet grainy malt and a bit of lemon , not rindy more sweeter pulp scents. I also pick up a little white bread note. Appealing nose that is overall on the mild side.
First sip reveals a light body and smooth to thin texture, very easy to drink. Carbonation is fairly gentle and soft on my palate.
Flavor is similar to nose, but a little fruitier. Lemon again, but also some apple and some sweet grain again. Hints of grassy hop on the finish, which is also very dry.
Never any hint of the ABV. Quite a nice beer the hits the right notes in my opinion.

Thanks to @foundersasap for this one. Appearance is a light gold with a good amount of foamy white head and good lacing. Beer is cloudier than I would have expected, but good looking nonetheless. Aroma is understated, with lightly sweet grains and Granny Smith apples.
Taste is sweet grains with hints of fruit. Lightly floral with very low bitterness and hop flavor. Medium bodied, smooth and fairly crisp. Overall another good, very drinkable beer.

Maybe a little on the bitter side for a Kolsch style, but overall it is very well crafted and enjoyable. Definitely has flavor. I really appreciate the recyclable packaging and the story about the bat. Will buy again, for sure.
Edit: This one has become a regular in my fridge. It is a great all round beer!

On tap at Hop Cat.
Received after the head had dissipated some, and the lighting was dim, but what I saw looked excellent. Short white head which left sparse lacing topped an unfiltered, translucent amber straw colored liquid.
The aroma was faint, very faint and my sniffer isn’t the best. But according to the specs, it should be really mild.
The taste took a bit to grasp, not a whole lot going on. But the malts ran the show and I couldn’t taste any bitterness from the hops, noble or otherwise. There was a bit of white grape muskiness which was unexpected but did give it more than one note.
The feel was excellent, no problem whatsoever quaffing this down and enjoying the experience.
OA, while Kolsch will likely never be my favorite style, it’s certainly easier to drink than some that are, so keeping some on hand might be a good thing.

Day 12 of the advent calendar 2021
Looks just like a German lager ought to. Nice deep yellow color, lots of clean white head.
Some hop aroma, but because I chilled mine it doesn't attack you.
Nice flavor. You almost miss the classic Saaz hop/ pilsner profile, but this is its own style.
Refreshing and crisp. Very nice, but not spectacular.

Crystal clear straw golden, white head, moderate carbonation. On tap at HopCat. Nose is malty upfront, no discernible hop aroma. Medium light bodied, totally crushable, very tasty, goes down very easy. Clean with no perceptible off flavors or aromas. Very nice.

Received 9/8/20 in a Ninja box from @foundersasap. Reviewed 9/19/20. Thanks Jeff!
Date on bottom lip of can “CANNED ON 07/30/2020”. Stored at home at 42 degrees and served at 45 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 4.
First pour – Pale straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), murky. When held to direct light, translucent. Unfiltered.
Head – Large (Maximum 4.7 cm, aggressive center pour), brilliant white, high density, average duration, diminishing to a four to five mm undulating crown and a complete cap of varying thickness.
Lacing – Good. Wide bands of extremely tiny bubbles.
Aroma – 4 – Fruity hops followed by a bit of caramelly malt. No yeast.
Flavor – 4 – Taste follows nose. Slightly bitter and refreshing. No alcohol (5% ABV, as marked on the label) taste or aroma. No diacetyl or dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 4 – Medium, watery, lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4. Two words I never thought I’d type together – “decent Kolsch”. Fruity, slightly bitter, and refreshing, a bit light-bodied for my taste but still a beer of which I would willingly drink a case or two.

I know nobody ever rates these lighter beers very high, but I think this is a very good, light and crisp beer with a lot of flavor. It doesn't smack me in the face with its flavor the way an IPA does, but it goes well with food, and I can still drive home safely after a few.
