Poured into a 25oz mug it has a quarter to half inch head of beige foam with dark spots throughout and a pitch black body. Smell is chili, roasted malt, chocolate, bit of coffee, lots of fresh ginger, and a bit of cinnamon on the end. Mouth feel is full as well as body with a moderate to full carbonation. This would easily be my favorite day to day stout if it was bottled, it's like Bomb! except more in your face spicy and way easier drinking (less alcohol, better mouth feel).

Tastes a lot like Mayan mocha stout, but heavier ginger.
