This was a beer I didn't care much for fresh as I didn't much like the apple brandy character but as it has been aging for last month on draft the brett in this bottle has woken up and it gives off a lambic flavor. The brandy barrel has toned down and it has some hints of lavender that gets picked up. The real winner is the brettanomycs and is a very enjoyable interesting beer. Well done again Witch's Hat!
