12 FL OZ can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and has basically no head.
I smell blueberries and the molasses. Hints of maple. As it warms caramel and vanilla open up. Chocolate and coffee follow. Hints of cinnamon.
Blueberry forward flavor with maple syrup. Anise and chocolate follow. Lots of sweet notes.
Full bodied with a syrupy, sticky mouthfeel
Pretty good pastry stout. The abv is well hidden.

Probably the most extreme beer I’ve ever had as far as the number of adjuncts, and weirdly, they ALL work together to make a delicious BA stout. A little on the sweet side, but I can honestly say that I can pick up a little bit of everything on the label, even the smoky chilies.
Good job, WH!
