Unpasteurized, clear orange golden colour, thin head, but great carbonation, and good lacing in the glass.
Smell and taste are fresh malts and yeast, good citric and grassy hops. Fruit aroma as well. Also spicy flavours.
Bitter notes are well dominant, and this brew has a light dry finish.
Overall quite a good beer. It has a nice complexity to it, and it's lively in the mouth.
