Unpasteurized, clear chestnut brown colour, good 1 inch beige head, nice carbonation.
Smell and taste are of roasted grains, nutty, slight coffee. Caramel candy/burned sugar. Bitter character developes well, and the aftertaste is mild bitter too.
Light finish, slightly watery.
Overall this is a good beer in this style
