Witte Franciscus. A Weissenstyle beer from Raalte, Salland, Netherlands.
330ml bottle, 5% abv, Poured in a high tulip glass at 6-7 degrees celsius. Highly carnobated, Fast dissolving 3 finger white head. Nice creamy amber colour.
Smell yeasty with a bit of biscuit and citrus.
Taste, Well balanced, bit of tanginess, not much biscuit with bitter hoppiness and grapefruit notes.
A very good and refreshing attempt to a Weissen. Less sweet and full than most German ones
Will drink this more often, Probably in summers and a little bit more chilled.

Weizen as stated on the bottle, but it's more within the witbier style of belgium, I would say.
Golden colour, huge off white head, very lively carbonation.
Smell is very faint: mainly malts and yeast, with slight citric notes.
Taste similar: A lot of bread and yeast, with only the slightest floral and citric notes to back it up.
Smooth and easy mouthfeel, decent aftertaste.
Overall, this is a wheatbeer that could do with a little more flavour and aroma. It's well balanced, but too modest.
