Melon, peach, citrus, and a slight tea/herbal aroma that all play well together for a complex nose. Even and balanced bitterness with little to no astringency. This leads to a very balanced flavor of orange like citrus and herbal tea as well.

Strangest (and strongest ) wheat ale I’ve had. Some fruit notes (peaches?). Weak aroma , taste has some weizen notes without the body. Slight alcohol burn and mildly sweet finish.

If you like IPAs that taste like orange juice, then you will LOVE this beer. I, on the other hand, hate this citrus/fruity hop trend we find ourselves stuck in. It reminds me of the super-orange juicy, hazy IPAs that are out now. Very sweet strike on the palate, almost seems like it might finish with some bitterness, but then the orange juice flavor floods in. I'm finishing it, but deep down I hate it. Not because it's a bad beer for the choice/ style of the beer, only because I can't stand citrusy hops. Give me pine/spice any day. Spare me the radler-inspired IPAs. May the fruity IPA trend die like a moth in a bug light.

If this beer was named after North Sister, very appropriate. An enjoyable punch to the palate, wanted more, but the keg had already kicked. Will look for again in the future.

Defining characteristic is that it smells like a hippy with dreads. Dank, grainy, earthy and weirdly like unwashed clothing and patchouli.

Served On-Tap

A — Pours a bright orangey, yellow hue into the glass. There is a bit of clarity as well as a light and puffy light white colored head on-top of it. Lacing left behind is consistent and sticky.

S — Smells really nice, lots of pineapple, lemon, citrus, orange peel. Very nice, if not just a bit to sweet. Very juicy and bright.

T — Tastes juicy and bright, lots of pineapple, mango, lemon, orange juice, lime and citrus.

M — Medium bodied, little bit of a lasting finish.

O — Great overall, very juicy and bright.
