This beer's appearance is amber-brown and hazy. The head is rather light and frothy. The aroma is a mixture of wheat and dark malts. I also note the presence of spice aromas. The taste is a very full bodied wheat-malt combination. Some spice flavors kick in at the finish of a sip. I very much enjoyed this Dunkle Weizen as a lighter winter choice and could see myself sessioning it easily.
