Straw to light gold draft pour with white head; good clarity; little cap or lace. Jalapeño peppers and lite baked bread notes. Jalapeño flavor - not overwhelming, just right. Medium lightly bready mouthfeel tingly peppers tongue coating; moderate carbonation. Overall a clean lager that showcases the Jalapeño peppers, well balanced with the underlying malt.
