The color is honey brown with a small, foamy head. Aroma is of a sweet honey-malt combination with a bit of herbal hop thrown in as well. The taste has a mildy sweet bready malt body enhanced by a wonderful honey flavor. A light herbal hop provides a nice depth of flavor and a good balance against the sweetness of the honey. Overall, this is easily the best honey beer that I've sampled, the fresh honey flavor accomodates the malt and hop flavors excellently. This is the only honey beer I've tried that I find sessionable.
