12oz bottle poured into a snifter.
A: The hard pour reveals a pale yellow body with essentially no head. There's a little agitation in the liquid that looks like carbonation, but it's not. The head is made up of bubbles and it fades in 5 seconds. Not as cloudy as I was expecting.
S: Grassy and earthy hop notes blend with an evident yeastiness. There's some apple and lemon. Lightly floral with a low level of acetaldehyde. Malt is bready.
T: Tastes like watered down apple juice with a lemon wedge. There's a moderate bitterness that's grassy, floral, and earthy. There's a little pear in there as well. Malt is bready and lightly sweet.
M: Lower medium body with very low carbonation.
Overall: Pretty good aroma but an unmemorable beer overall. Carbonation is too low.

Appearance - Clear and extremely pale, almost white-yellow straw body. Very small white lace with not much stick. From what I've read on Keller biers, these are supposed to be naturally cloudy from the yeast, but this is one of the most pale, clear beers I've seen. More so than many American Adjunct Lagers.
Smell - Sweet and bready.
Taste - Very bready with slight astringency and mild bitterness. Pretty plain and boring, but I haven't had any other keller biers to compare it with in style. Lightly sweet aftertaste. Otherwise pretty clean finish.
Mouthfeel - Pretty watery. No crispness or bite. Very light and delicate in the mouth.
Overall Drinkability - Almost like a watered down mead. Lighter on body and sweetness. Interesting to try.
