Served in an imperial pint in the FFF taproom
Appearance:
A lovely deep golden color, very clear. Had some sun coming in the window so it looked wonderful. Head dissipated quickly, still had some nice lacing present.
Smell
CITRUS, immediate citrus, definitely grapefruit and almost some orange. Big nose! Smelled clean, couldn't wait to have some!
Taste
Tasted juicy upfront, the aroma didn't lie. Got great grapefruit flavor right up from with a just slightly bitter crisp finish that kept me coming back for more. (I think I like this more that Zombie Dust?)
Mouthfeel
A small amount of carbonation helps to break up the intense citrus. Fairly light overall.
Overall
This beer was fantastic. The smell and taste took me to Endor.
