Had this one at the FFF brewpub. Aged 18 months in cognac and the flavor profile really came through on top of what is already a great base beer. Had the brandy barrel version a couple of months ago and this one blew it out of the water. Everything about this beer was world class. One of the best barrel aged beers I've had in a while.

One of the best beers I have ever had. I had it on tap at the brewery. I love Blot Out the Sun on its own, but the cognac elevates it to a whole new level.
