I'm trying this at the pizza parlor in the West Loop of Chicago. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice ring lace. The scent had hints of earthern spice. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with my pizza. Saaz presence with other influence present. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.
