Taste: a smooth creamy mouth-feel, big peanut butter notes and chocolate. Nutty, oats, malty cocoa nose. Black/brown hue, mostly opaque, tan head with broken ringed lattice of lace. Nice dessert stout. 37 IBUs

Had on draft.
Very dark brown beer with a very thin head.
The nose has huge nuttiness. Definite peanuts. Peanut butter like.
Taste is a lot like the same. The nuttiness is insane. They definitely got it through.
The feel is smooth. Creamy but the creaminess quickly turns dry.
Overall, I couldn't drink a lot of this but it is a good brew and an interesting one.

An oatmeal stout with peanut butter and cacao nibs, enjoyed on draft. A bit of light shows through the dark brown liquid, with light head that doesn't stick around for long. Very attractive peanut butter aroma on the nose, with the sweetness of a traditional peanut butter rather than the roasted peanut notes that many other peanut butter stouts present. The cacao nibs come in on the palate, particularly after a bit of warming, along with malted oats. Moderately thin body and appropriate carbonation.
In my house, Belching Beaver's peanut butter milk stout reigns supreme as the archetypal peanut butter beer. It's a classic, and my wife absolutely adores it. It's becoming a more popular category in the last couple of years, but this is the first beer we've had that is a worthy competitor. I hope 3 Floyds will consider bottling this one, because it is damn delicious.
