Appeance - The beer poured a straw orange yellow color with a white head.
Smell - funk is in the nose though there is some tart citrus presence as well.
Taste - The first impression was super tart lime. This was not a teeth rotting sour. The funk balanced the sourness. I only has a light impression of rubberbands toward the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Carbonation was fairly aggressive, and brushed away the sweetness toward the finish.
Overall - I enjoyed the beer more than I thought I would.

Pours with just the faintest of big bubbled head. Coppery brown and a bit cloudy.
The aroma smells like I’m gonna get heartburn. Acidic, faint murky funk and some sweet tart candy. A bit of woody barrel.
The flavor is unexpected, actually extremely balanced and nowhere near as sour as I was expecting. Shared amongst some friends and we all were surprised. Tart up front with a bit of fruit candy, hint of apple and a moderate level of earthy funk. A big woody barrel presence seems to balance everything out making this a smooth and tasty brew.
Just over medium body, funky, a hint under moderate carbonation.
A nice brew, everything comes together and is cohesive. I’m not sure why it smells so tart, but I’m happy with the overall experience.

As a truly hodgepodge of sour flavors, microflora and earthen woodsiness, Three Floyds takes the notion of lambic and runs it through the upper midwest ringer.
Argues for Sport pours a deep golden, light amber rosy color, hazy and with a faint scant necklace of froth- a prelude to the strong and peppery sourness that strikes the nose with cider, vinous fruit, dried oak, funk and fauna. A strong alcohol twinge acts solventy and spicy ahead of a brisk sweet taste of cracker, light nuttiness and cola-like caramelization that's short lived on the palate.
But the full brunt of sourness strikes the middle palate with militant force. Bringing a barrage of crabapple, rose wine, lime, lemon, gooseberry, cranberry, redcurrant and white grape; the sourness is decorated with the full taste of both under ripened fruit and branch ripened earthiness. Trending dry, spicy and peppery, its earhten woodsy taste hinges on peppercorn, peat, dry oak and an overall mossy, sea brine character.
Medium light for sour ale, the beer's high culinary profile keeps delivering flavors through a spicy, solventy and tannic finish of fruit skins, weathered woods and acetone bite to close. A brief after palate of brine and pepper dissolves effortlessly on the tongue with only echoes of leathery funk remaining.

Excited for this brew. Poured from a 750 ml bottle into a tulip.
The beer pours cranberry in color. Nice yellow highlights. Minimal crown. Leaves an outer ring, but that's it.
The smell is very acidic. That's first and foremost. Next comes fruit notes and a nice oakiness.
The taste is the tart fruit. Notes of berries like cherries and strawberries. The toasted coconut notes that come through are impressive and lead it to feel very complex. The coconut stays for a while after you take a drink.
The mouthfeel is acidic and tart. It's dry leaving you licking your lips and clearing your mouth.
Overall, this is a nice and complex made beer. Really glad I got to try this one. I enjoyed it.

Appearance is very similar to apple cider. Poured with a very minor amount of off white head. No lacing or retention.
Aroma is mainly acidic, a little funk and I’m sure quite a bit more than my feeble palette can pick out.
Taste is tart, a touch of straw, a little funk maybe even a hint of fruit.
Feel is soft and smooth as carb is on the lower side. Lingers a bit on the palette.
Overall this is honestly the most balanced and mild mannered sour I have ever had from FFF. If I were to rate on self control FFF would get a 10 out of 5.
