Very nice sour here from Three Floyds. Bottled date is 3/22/2021, poured into a tulip glass.
Nice foamy head that dissipates quickly into a soft foamy lace over the top, which sticks around for a while. Look is very similar to a Hefeweizen, cloudy and a nice brownish gold color. The peach comes through on the nose, I also get a little bit of sour funk. Taste is great, very refreshing, and the peach comes through in the taste very clearly. Even without the peach I think this would be a good sour, but the peach balances the tartness and acidity out, which makes it super drinkable. The aftertaste is like this wonderful blend of peach, Belgian sour funkiness, and a bit of wheat (like Hefeweizen).
Would definitely seek this one out again! Was apprehensive at first when I saw "ale with peach juice" on the bottle, but it is more along the lines of a good Berliner Weisse or Belgian sour.

Wow this is good stuff when I think of Brett I think of a good dose of sourness and the peach really brings out that flavor. Has a bit of sweetness to make it interesting and again very smooth to drink. Pleasantly surprised it's a very tasty fruit based beer!

This is a fantastic sour. Love the way it feels bigger than it is and the peach flavor pops. Mouth watering and puckering. Just a tad of sweet peach to keep it from being overly acidic. Well executed. Really, really good.

No bottled date
Pours a light fizzy head that fades semi quickly, very hazy peach-orange color
Nose brings loads of peach juice, maybe some juicy peach, and some skin, with some earthy Brett funk, has a rich and creamy aroma interestingly, a touch of bready malt, some tart aromas, the more it warms the more buttered popcorn comes through
Taste is a mix of the same, lots of peach again, peach juice but quite tart, creamy butter like which makes me think there's some diacetyl, bright acidity and fair sour funk with mild earthy fruity Brett funk, light grainy bready malt notes, maybe some wheat as well, tart peach late, very dry finish with mild bready malt and Brett late, peach fades quickly, flemmy acidity
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, fair creamy, med-higher slightly effervescent carb, fair acidity and flemmy, a bit of a slick diacetyl
Overall interesting, Berliner is decent with bright acidity, some creamy wheat I think, plenty of peach juice flavor, but not really fresh Peach, I think it fermented a bit more than desired in the bottle as the diacetyl kicked in a bit from the Brett, which is too bad cause this could have been quite nice.

Purchased from a local beer store as a six-pack for $12.99. Poured into a goblet.
L - Pours a beautiful dark - yet bright - orange. Holds a very thin, quickly-dissipating tan head.
S - Extremely fragrant peach. Even from a good three feet away, I can smell it. Up close, however, it's a bit more complex. Peach skin, dark bread, and a certain indescribable sour note. A nice nuttiness is there, but isn't too bright.
T - Peach, pickled peach skins, and butter. Oats back up a general - yet not overwhelming - tartness. A vague pectin taste throughout.
F - Full-bodied, lightly carbonated, and gives you a warm feeling despite being 5%. "Refreshing" wouldn't be the word here, but "satisfying" would be.
O - Fantastic brew. Peach-flavored anything is my weakness, but it's so hard to find things that actually taste like the things. I'm also a bit of a purist with beer, but this gets my approval. The peach - while present throughout - isn't overwhelming in the slightest. You still get the maltiness of this beer - and at a lesser extent - the hoppy notes. I'd make pork chops with this, or take this to a "concert in the park" type affair. Will buy again, no question.

Aroma is peaches, standard American sour ale yeast and a hint of popcorn salt. The flavor is peaches/fruit, malts/wheat, a hint of popcorn salt and a slight vinegar/sweet/tart finish.
