From the bottom of the can: "PKGD ON 10/04/21 QD433"
Appearance: The body of the beer is gold with a light haze. There are a ton of suspended solids of various sizes, ranging from grains of sand to specks of dust. The head is large, fluffy, and white with very good formation. The head stands for a very long time and it leaves very nice thick rings of lacing while drinking. Aside from the clumps of solids floating in the beer it looks very nice.
Aroma: The aroma pops out when pouring. A ton of mango, papaya, and grapefruit comes through. It smells excellent.
Taste: At first a grassy flavor comes through. Towards the middle of the mouth it picks up a light fruitiness of grapefruit and blood orange with a ton of pith character. A light bit of grain in the middle. The back of the mouth is very bitter.
Mouthfeel: It is smooth and a bit slick with a medium body that is a tad chewy. It has a strong and assertive bitterness which is nice.
Overall: The beer is a bit of a mixed-bag. Some of the flavors are good but it also tastes grassy, and it has very good bitterness but also has this somewhat odd slickness to it. As a whole each positive quality in this beer outweighs any negative, and the best quality of the beer is probably the hefty bitterness which helps the beer live on the palate and remind you that it is there. I probably wouldn't drink this beer regularly but I could drink it again. It's worth at least trying.
