Pale in color with a spicy nose, bready malt body, and noble hop notes throughout, this Dortmunder-style lager is just the thing to slake one’s thirst.

Had this on tap Christmas eve at Three Floyds.
Served in an imperial pint.
A: Poured a crystal clear, soft orange color, with ever the slightest chill haze, and about a 1.5 finger head.
S: Up front, I got some melted orange popsicle, FFF signature hop profile, along with a really nice hop-yeast combo/duo.
T: I tasted a good bit of booze actually an this totally took me aback. However, this was of the candy-coated variety that Floyds does so well. Lots of Germanic (Saaz?) hops along with a bitter finish.
M: Like I said, this was boozier than I was expecting, or should I just say that that was just the breath of alcohol warming poking through? No matter. Bubbly as hell and lots of lacing.
O: I chugged this one pretty quick, so thumbs up in my book!
