A crisp, sexy and outgoing Czech-style pilsner. This refreshing lager certainly put its time in at the Czech Booty Kamp.

On-tap at Dark Lord Day. Missed this at the pub so I was glad it made an encore appearance. Served in a plastic cup.

A - White foam settles to a thin cap, leaving behind splotchy lacework. Transparent golden body.

S - Grassy, noble, hops, toasted grains, light biscuity pils malt, a bit of cracker.

T - Taste is similar, with sharp, grassy, noble hops, a hint of white grape, and a dry, cracker and bread malt backbone. Doesn't have the same buttered biscuit character I get from a lot of pilseners. Moderate bitterness.

M - Dry, medium body, with pleasant active carbonation, and mild residual stickiness.

D - This was a real breath of fresh air with all the stouts and barrel-aged beers being passed around. Classic hop bouquet, but I prefer 3 Floyds' malt bill to many German takes on the style. Would like this as a summer seasonal actually.
