A powerful tasting beer strong ale. Dark, almost opaque beer, that is pulled with a tight creamy brown colored head. This is one of the strongest beers Fernandes produce. Whilst not exactly headbanger juice, at 6% ABV it still packs a punch. A rich, dark exotic strong beer. Malt flavors are dominant, roasted malt, rich fruity xmas cake, aged port, dark chocolate.... its all there. Has a very long malty finish, with some bitterness in the end. Very Popular, and when rumors abound of a firkin being sold on Handpump, the Brewery Tap is always well populated - and it nearly always sells-out in a session. Rumours that this may be bottled. Hope So !!!
