A Strong light colored beer, with a just-off white head from the Handpump. Incredibly fruity beer, with good maltiness and a changing fruitiness to bitterness towards the end. Awesome beer whose drinkability simply belies it's strength, but don't be fooled it will get you in the end if you are not careful. A Highly Dangerously Drinkable Beer. Six (UK) Pints of EoI literally slipped down the gullettt during a 2 hour lunchtime session on my last visit this year. There should be a warning painted behind the bar at the Fernandes Brewery Tap that both memory and property loss are not the responsibility of the Management. Place the minimum amount of money in your wallet and don't wear your best clothes if you intend drinking this beer all night.
