Canned on 4/20/18
Opened on 9/20/18
A slightly hazy, unfilter style look. Golden color with slight copper highlights. Bubbly, white foam cover. Decent lace, good coverage.
A sweet and tangy, tropical fruit based hop aroma dominates. Sharp citrus, grapefruit, honeydew melon and spearmint. Big oats and golden grains, biscuit and honey malt, herbs, lots o herbs.
A sharp and crisp, medium bodied malty tone in both feel and flavor. Bright, citrus and pine, grapefruit style hops, medium bitterness in the finish. A golden- bready malted tone with some spicy aspects, maybe even peppery.
A rather, big malty side for this DIPA, comes across as a bit old school, west coasty, bitter and brash. Reminiscent of big ipa's that dominated the landscape 20 years ago.
A very healthy and full approach due to its unfiltered nature.

On-tap at Waterfront Ale House, New York, NY
A; The beer is clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down, leaving lacing down the sides of the glass and a narrow collar around the edge.
S: Light aromas of orange citrus are present in the nose; some hints of grapefruit are also noticeable.
T: The beer has light flavors of orange peel and has a light to moderate amount of bitterness. Hints of underlying pale malts are also detectable.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.
Serving type: on-tap

Picked-up a four-pack at Luke's in Rockland for about twelve dollars. I have had many Cisco brews before, a mild fan. Not a big fan of this brew, has kind of an odd aftertaste, would not buy again.
