Only the slightest haze within the mostly golden color. Beefy white foam top holds on tight. Recedes to good coverage and loops of sticky lacing.
The aroma has sour and tangy fruits, copper ale maltiness and wet earth notes in a big, but rather strange nose.
Tangy, sour and earthy flavored hop combo is mildly complex and unique. Stone fruits for sure, coupled with a vast display of golden grainy malt tones sums up the flavor profile.
The mouthfeel starts off clean and crisp but unfortunately becomes a bit slick and oddly smooth in the middle. Faded away quickly with a slight dry bite right at the end.
Overall... Strange with it's tangy and sour tones, but not a bad ... If not, unique IPA.
