Picked this up in Nantucket and cellared it for 3 yrs. Not sure what the abv is. Poured slowly into a snifter due to sediment on the bottom. Rum is evident on the nose. Very smooth tasting with hints of rum and oak barrel in the background. Very little hop presence. Nice sipper.

Bought at the brewery in the fall. Label states a dry hopped Indie Pale Ale that sat for 6 months in rum barrels.
A - Bright glowing copper / orange. A nice white lacing head.
S - Insane. rum, wood, hops, hops. Sweet with the oak hanging around.
T - Tastes like a DIPA that sat in a rum barrel. Hops up front but the sweetness is more of a fruit sweetness than malt. The hops kind of fade as it warms up, but the rum really come sup. this is really different. tarted very hoppy and shifted to the rum sweetness.
M - dry with the sweetness that kind of coats. only down side.
D - A truly exceptional brew! Just find a few people to share it with because it is definitely overpowering.
