Mostly dense-bubbled head. Cloudy, light amber color. Some streaks for lace on the glass.
Sweet caramel aroma dominates. The hop is very subdued barely providing a counterpoint.
The taste is dryer and far more bitter than the smell. Fuller bodied with ample carbonation. There's a light booziness to the tongue. There's white toast and white pepper in the profile. Decent length of bitter flavor in the aftertaste.
