On cask at the Publick House. Described as an intensly hopped sour ale.
A: Poured a super hazy dark brown color with plenty of yeast floating around in the glass. No head at all just some bubbles floating around on the surface.
S: Nice mix of sour and hops. There was a little bit of overipe cherries as well. Quite a bit of the barrel came through. I got a touch of oak.
T: The overhopped taste worked with the sour better than most other examples of this pairing I have had. Very rounded taste overall.
M: Almost no carbonation and it was a little over room tempature but it was very smooth all the way down.
D: Had a 12oz pour and could have easiely had more. By far the best beer I have ever had from cicso. They should bottle this.
