Grassy aroma with hints of fruit. Appealing Golden color with white head that had poor retention. Mild maltiness with unimpressive hop character. Finished dry and crisp, but flavor profile was bland. Very light mouthfeel, even with good carbonation. Overall, a very bland beer with nothing significant to report.

Another draft selection I got to try while in Nashville.
Golden yellow with a short white head, didn't last too long, limited lacing. Not much aroma, some slight grassy grain, but that was about it.
Mildly sweet, slightly dry, not a lot of flavor. Wet grass, a bit floral, not much bitterness. Obviously, not expecting any big flavors, but still was quite mild, if not on the bland side. Mouthfeel as expected for the style, crisp with a light body. No real aftertaste. Light and easy to drink.

I had this on cask whilst in Nashville. I lived in England for a Summer, and drank a least one different cask ale a day; and this is one of the best real ales I have had.

A - Medium amber with a slight haze. Small head that didnt last.

S - It has a faint malty aroma, with a big fruity aroma with a smidge of tartness.

T - This bear hits almost every flavor spectrum. It starts very fruity, plums perhaps, and has a bit of sourness as if it had been tapped for a few days. Though it is a pleasant sourness that adds depth to this beer. It has a malty middle that is slightly bready and yeasty. It finishes with a faint hop presence. A delightful cask ale.

M - Very creamy and lightly carbonated though it is still very light.

D - Very nice drinkability, however I had this on a 90 degree day, so real ale temp was a bit warm for the weather.

Appearance: golden yeloow in color with a 1/2" head that lingered around a bit. Some spotty lacing developed.

Smell: as with some of the beers here, aroma is non existant with this one.

Taste: mild malt sweetness, pears, honey, and a bit of hay. Very mild bitterness and a bit of dryness is also noticeable.

Mouthfeel: lightly crisp at the start through the finish. Lighter in body. Relatively clean aftertaste as just a bit of sweetness hitting the throat.

Drinkability: light and mild flavored beer make this relatively easy to quaff, but a bit boring after a while.

A pretty good idea to serve up a Cal. Common as a lighter example for the not-so-intense beer enthusiests. The beer has a firm, though light, malt aroma and flavor that boarders on caramel. Hopped a bit assertively, and became a little metalic tasting. Hops became a bit grassy late. Light (nearly weak) body that showed substance up front and late, but left the middle of the drink void of flavor and feel. The look was a light copper with straw highlights. The only beer from the brewery that showed good retention and lacing.

Had this as part of a sampler at Big River. Pours a light golden color with no head and doesn't leave any lacing down the sides of the glass. The aroma had some obvious honey character, but slightly different than what I'm used to. The flavor was very much like the nose and it had a stiff bitter finish due to the Liberty hops. Something about this brew just doesn't do the palate right. Slightly thin and really light at 3.5% abv. Prefer others.

Part of a sampler: Pours a hazy light amber color with a medium off-white head. Sweet honey and malt aroma. Well-rounded if a little on the sweet side. Sweet flavor dominates (honey and malt again) with a slight hops counterbalance. Finish is long and sweet. A simple beer really, but I have had much worse.
