Look: Clear, dark amber. Half a finger of foamy off-white head with good retention.
Smell: Hoppy at the front with a slightly soapy floral scent. Very mild malt at the end.
Taste: Balanced between piney, floral hops and biscuity malt. Almost a perfect 50:50.
Mouthfeel: Full body with high, fizzy carbonation.
Overall: A solid, if unspectacular, red.

I had the chance to visit Big River during a conference at Disney. This beer poured a clear rich amber with white head that left a nice lace. The scent had hints of citrus bitterness. The taste was a nice balance of the scent with some sweetness. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Decent red. First brew after traveling so might get benefit of doubt. Nice red color, malty and smooth. Not much aroma though. Much lacing. Worthy of a try.
