Look: Very dark, clear amber. Just under 2 fingers of foamy off-white head with good retention.
Smell: Sweet, biscuity malt with milk chocolate notes.
Taste: Sweet coffee and chocolate flavors with a mild licorice note at the end.
Mouthfeel: Slightly thin with high carbonation.
Overall: Like most Big River offerings, solid but nothing special for the style.

I had the chance to visit Big River during a conference at Disney. This beer poured a slightly hazy amber with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had mix of roast and chocolate. The taste was a nice balance of the scent with some sweetness. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Pours deep red, near brown with a thin white head that fades quickly. Not much aroma to speak of. Taste is bready with light roasted notes. Feel is excellent, so smooth and inviting. Overall this is a very nice English Brown Ale.
